About the Workshop
The location we have chosen for this purpose is Cenej village located only one hour from Belgrade in beautiful Fruskagora national park.

This time we have planned for something truly magnificent. Along with a great team from Kokos by Just Raw and one personal trainer as a guest speaker I am happy to invite everyone looking for some peace and joy in body and in mind.

Every day we will be starting with Yoga class followed with breathing exercises and meditation. Each day you will be able to choose some of the activities planned for the afternoons and evenings.
Wellbeing Weekend is a healing holiday for the soul, finding space to connect to yourself in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. Unforgettable three day experience filled with self reflection, mindfulness and pure joy.

Day one

Check in from 10. You can come anytime from 10 but the welcome meeting will be at 17.
For people who can come by 12 we have one vinyasa flow yoga class to reset your mind and body after the working week, followed by refreshments and snacks.

18:00 Gentle Flow yoga class
19:00 Tamara Gorsek Bobanac as a speaker on gut health and microbiome
20:00 Dinner

Day Two

8:00 Yoga class ( all levels)
9:15 Pranayama and Meditation
10:00-11:00 Free time for tea and coffee
11:00 Brunch
12:00-14:00 free time to enjoy a good book, indoor pool, walk
14:00 Mobility Workshop ( Anatomy and Yoga) organised by myself
and an experienced and long time personal trainer
15:30 Cooking class organised by one and only Olja Peternek and
Kokos by Just Raw
18:00 Yoga Philosophy Workshop and how to incorporate it into
your daily life
19:00 Dinner

Day Three

8:00 Yoga class
9:15 Pranayama and Meditation
10:00-11:00 Free time for tea and coffee
11:00 Brunch
12:00 Horseback riding, Cooking class or Jewelry making workshop
